Warranty services

We assure our customers with extended conditions of an original manufacturers' warranty of computer equipment and the software to over - standard conditions, such like the extended time of notifying the damages or errors (from 8:00-17:00 up to 0:00-24:00), the shortened time of reaction of service (from next working day to  2 hrs), the guaranteed time of repair (from 48 hrs to 6 hrs) which is vital in critical systems, where the assurance of continuity of exploitation is required.

Independently from manufacturers' warranty our service section offers many additional services which manufacturers do not assure, including:

-         periodical maintenance and test of customer’s hardware and software;

-         upgrade of software;

-         stock - taking of the customer’s hardware and software, validation of software licenses including,

Basing on the output of above mentioned works we are able to prepare professional suggestions for further exploitation of the customer’s systems, as well as to issue a list of necessary parts, equipment, software and services to be added to the systems to meet customer’s expectations.

Our capability includes outsourcing services - managing systems at customer's location, collocation of customer’s systems at our location as well as customer’s remote access to our information system.
