Project description:

The system supports all the processes related to trade contracts handling through  improvement of workflow and communications between company organizational units.

The system was developed in 3-tier architecture (IE, J2EE, RDBMS) and Internet Explorer browser on workstations.

The system enables:

-   registration and tracing status of sale/purchase contracts;

-   monitoring of: merchant limits, clients financial documents,  expiration date of insurance policies, etc;

-   informing clients about events related to contracts;

-   invoices generation and validation and other documents;

-   current check of contract status realization,  routing orders and inspections;

-   current check of contract profitability;

-   rapid report preparation according to selected criteria.
