Product description:

The main objective of this system is to support operations in state organization in food safety area. The system was implemented in a multi level state organization (including 3 institution on the central level, 16 on a regional level and 22 on a local level). The system was designated using Domino servers and workstation with Lotus Notes.  The telecommunications system based on two sources of data transmission connection:  local telecomm operator (on a local level) and government telecom operator (on a central level).

This system enables:

-       entering, storing, processing and review an operational information which was entered using standard forms on all levels;

-       electronic signature In X.509 standard implementation;

-       Information identification with the source of entry;

-       data processing and specialized report generation (Crystal Reports);

-       data processing and generating specialized report (using Crystal Report tool);

-       support of exchange data with UE agencies;

-       support operations planning with registration of results;

-       Users support based on e-learning module;

-       data export from Lotus format to doc, xls, txt formats;

-       data import from different formats to standard Lotus forms.

Range of implemented services:
