Project description

The purpose of this system is a monitoring state and local government organizations in a social security area. The system was developed in 3-tier architecture (IE, J2EE, RDBMS and was implemented in 2006 in multilevel state organization (one institution on the central level, 16 on regional level and 285 on local level). The system was developed with database servers IBM DB2 and application server in SUN Java Application Server technology. An access of workstation to the system on all levels is realized by the Internet Explorer browser. The system was installed on 18 servers in 17 nationwide localization.  As a telecommunications system chosen Internet on which created a subnet with VPN solution.

An access to the system is enabled for over 300 workstations with the possibility of increasing to the number limited only line throughput.

The system enables:

-  entering, storing, processing and viewing all the information entered on standard forms on all levels of the organization;

-  information identification with the source of entering;

-  supporting organization activities;

-  preparation and printing decision documents;

-  data processing and generating specialized reports;

-  multidimensional data analysis;

-  handling of required registers;

-  reports creating required by law regulations;

-  register of activities results, resources and costs;

-  data export in doc, xls, txt formats.
