KOF - ERP class Information System

System description:

KOF system is a multi-module, fully integrated solution, composed of functional equivalents of all organizational divisions of a company.  KOF consists also of a multicurrency financial-accounting system and related specialized subsystems as follows:

-   cash desk (PLN);

-   foreign business trip management;

-   stock management;

-   domestic sales and purchases registers;

-   foreign sales and purchases registers;

-   contract registration and settlement;

-   contracts budgeting service.

The KOF system can cooperate with autonomous systems like Human Resources (including payroll) system with time labor registration and the fixed Assets System. KOF module structure allows each user to choose freely for specific elements.

System functional features:

-   up to date booking of transactions (no daily and periodical processing);

-   flexibility due to advanced parameterization;

-   multicurrency (including EUR handling);

-   simultaneous booking processes;

-   automatic booking according to predefined accounting principles for typical events and related internal and external documents;

-   handling of procedures specific for foreign trade agent companies;

-   handling of export and import sales (definable invoices and commission notes, commission sales, SAD documents, contracts);

-   multilevel access control to the data (definable access to the specific system functions, accounts and  book balances, organizational units and related booking entries and others);

-   conformity to the latest law regulations.

-   system was developed with Oracle and CASE technology;

-   collaboration with ORACLE database;

-   client – sever architecture;

-   graphical user interface in MS Windows environment.
