KOF HF-Payroll

„Kadry-Płace-RCP” system supports employees management of human resources and payroll, people from the impersonal fund, applicants for a job, pensioners and others. Optional module – RCP – allows to exact registration, checking and settlement of a labor time full time job workers as well as shift workers (one, two, three shifts, four squads, 12/24, 24,/27 work, etc.).

Primary feature of the system:

- definable range of stored information about employee;

- storing information about changes history of the employee;

- electronic or printed transfers;

- HR and payroll reports generators;

- definable algorithms of salary calculations of elements;

- unlimited number of wage lists per month;

- automatic booking of wage sheets in KOF system or dedicated interface in a different payroll system;

- conformity to the latest law regulations regarding settlement with ZUS and US and cooperation with PŁATNIK system.

Technology of a system development:

- system was developed with Oracle technology and Designer tool;
