The group of applications developed using Microsoft technology include, above all:

1)     Backup and reports distribution – original solution which allows very quickly an simple definition of new reports based on reports generated by transactions systems and accessible on any platforms. Each of the report is processed in a system database according to a report template, which consists information about method of recognition, processing and indexing for this type of a report.  Reports stored in archive can be viewed, searched by indexes defined, exported parts of the reports to external applications, added-in own notes, etc, without possibility of report content changes.

2)     Handling of shareholders' meeting – an application supports handling of shareholders' meeting in scope of shareholders registration, all kind of voting and reports generation;

3)     Handling of a pass office – an application supports registration of issue and return passes/permits which allow to enter to the facility. An intuition interface, based on MS Access, prompts to a receptionist personal data of this people who were registered in the system before or a quick registration of new applicants;

4)     SMS notifying- an application of tracking content of email boxes, searching of selected key words and generating and sending SMS alerts to selected telephone numbers.
